The beginners guide to waist training
Let’s discuss about the everyday trainer that is perfect for women new to waist training. Don’t expect results from a lingerie or fashion corset like you might find at Frederick’s of Hollywood or Victoria’s Secret. Fashion corsets are designed for looks, not waist training, and often don’t have the steel boning necessary to “cinch” properly. It’s equivalent to wearing a tube top and expecting an hourglass figure. Don’t use a waist cincher if you’re allergic to latex. Cinchers are most often made of latex. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger one. A corset is meant to be tight, but not that tight. You will not achieve your desired results any faster and will likely damage the corset (and even potentially your body) wearing a corset that’s too tight.
Is Waist Training Safe? I’ve personally been using a waist trainer for several years. Not only have I had very few problems with it, but I haven’t been altered or affected in a negative way by using the waist trainers. In fact, I just keep getting results. It is absolutely safe to use a waist trainer and to get the curves that you want. With it coming more into style, you know that every trainer will build in the safety components that every woman needs. On the other side… make sure you are aware of some potential problems…
Although it’s hard to believe until you try it for yourself, just wearing a waist trainer will see you drop dress sizes. Instantly. And even better, wearing a waist trainer will help you in the long term too, complementing your fitness regime and helping you to slim down. If you’re still not sure whether waist trainers really work, just take a look at some of the before an after photos sent in by some of our customers. Waist training really does work!
How To Use a Waist Trainer
1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime. See more info at Waist Trainer Results.
What people write about WaistTrain : “Wow! I am impressed, thank you Waist Train for my everyday waist trainer and it’s only day 1… Mad thing is – I didn’t realise how bad my posture was… being a hairstylist all those years and having a little girl 4 years ago played a massive part in my poor posture and tendency to just go with it.. Yes I’ve got lumps and bumps but with my clean eating and lots of water intake… I will start seeing results! Now I’ve got that added boost whilst exercising everyday and the reminder to hold myself properly.”
To wear one, start by hooking your waist trainer from the top and working your way down. With each hook, pull both sides and hook them to the clasp as you go down for an easier process. Building Up To Everyday Use: When using a waist trainer, you must allow for your body to adapt and become comfortable to the compression of the waist trainer. We recommend wearing a waist trainer when first starting out for shorter periods of time of about 2 to 4 hours per day, in order to become better accustomed to the feeling. Eventually you will feel comfortable with progressively adding more hours to your waist training program. The waist trainer will have to be worn-in you can then begin to use the next set of clasps in making the trainer tighter.
